This agreement is between you (the "User") and KCONSULTINGMF LTD, a company registered in England with registered address at Beacons House/G29 Ibstone Road, Stokenchurch, High Wycombe, England, HP14 3FE (the "Company").

Acceptance of Terms

By registering for and/or using the services in any manner, you agree to these Terms of Service and all other operating rules, policies and procedures that may be published from time to time on the platform by the Company.

Description of Service

The platform provides an email verification service. Users can register on our web system and verify emails using either the web system or the provided API. The platform also features an email finding functionality. Each verification and query incurs a charge in the form of credits specified on the screen for each type of query.

Credit System

  • Purchasing Credits:Users can acquire additional credits by making a one-time purchase and paying with a credit card.
  • Subscription:Alternatively, users can subscribe on a monthly basis to receive credits.
  • Credit Expiry:Purchased credits do not expire and can be used as long as the user's account remains active.
  • Credit Usage:Credits will be deducted from the User's account balance at the rates specified on the platform for each type of query.
  • No Refund Policy:All purchases of credits are final and non-refundable. By purchasing credits, the User acknowledges that no refund will be made for any unused credits, regardless of the circumstances. This policy applies to both one-time purchases and subscriptions.

User Account

Users can modify their account information through the system. It's the User's responsibility to keep their account information up-to-date.

Payment

All payments made for credits or subscriptions are non-refundable and final. Payments are to be made via credit card through a secure payment gateway.

Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information on how we collect, use, and disclose your personal information.

Termination

The Company reserves the right to terminate your access to the service at any time, with or without cause or notice.

Changes to Terms

The Company may revise these Terms of Service from time to time. The most current version will always be posted on our platform.
